Atlys, the online platform for visa applications, has unveiled a new refund feature to provide financial assurance to its users in the event of visa rejection. This latest offering further is designed to timely visa processing and innovative services like the “Book your visa now. Pay only when you get it on time” feature.
Under the newly introduced feature, every Atlys customer automatically qualifies for a refund of up to INR 8,000 in the event of visa rejection, with no eligibility criteria required unless the user is debarred in the country.
The refund process is seamless: in case of visa rejection, users can simply click on the refund button to receive the refund instantly in their source payment account. If the visa fee is less than INR 8000, the full amount will be refunded. Additionally, in the near future, users will also be eligible for refunds on flights, hotels, and booked activities if their visa application is rejected.
