Travel experiences company GetYourGuide has launched new features that tap into the power of video and artificial intelligence. The new tools are meant to streamline operations and bolster differentiation among its 30,000 plus partners around the globe.
“Experience partners bring creativity, local knowledge, and a passion that transform trips into lifelong memories,” said Tao Tao, co-founder and chief operating officer of GetYourGuide. “We’re committed to giving them the tools to make that magic happen.”
To enrich its destination pages with local knowledge, GetYourGuide is working with its community of 10,000 content creators to add their videos about both popular sites and less-known experiences. And for select partner product pages, GetYourGuide is also adding videos creators have produced after experiencing their offering to provide a first-person account.

While the company is featuring influencer-created content as part of its update, it’s also launching an AI Content Creator to assist experience partners in producing effective listings for the platform in less time. The company said the AI tool cuts listing development time by 40% and reduces errors.
GetYourGuide’s new features also include business insights for partners, for example for inventory management, and a connectivity tool. The company is also enhancing its search functionality with 13 languages added for customers plus 5 new languages for partners – in an effort to give more experience providers the chance to lean into new markets.
“With our new features, experience partners can simplify their work, create standout experiences and delight more travelers,” Tao said.
And Tao is looking to the future with the release. “These updates aren’t just improvements – they’re a glimpse into the future of what we’re building together with our experience creators.”
GetYourGuide also added new tools for partners in March, which, at the time, marked its largest product release to-date geared towards its partners.
