Kavya currently has 18 villas and 24 keys and another 12 keys at the property are at the finishing stage. In the next few months, Kavya Himalays will become have 24 villas with 39 keys.

Discussing the Indian market, Golcha emphasised its significance for Kavya Himalayas, citing proximity and affordability as key factors driving interest. He noted the evolving wellness landscape in India, with an increasing awareness among younger demographics and a growing preference for wellness-focused travel experiences.
